About Alunan Asas Sdn. Bhd.
Founded in 1993 in Penang, we pride ourselves to have successfully conquered various sectors in construction. Alunan Asas has delivered multiple projects including commercial high-rise, housing, institutions and government property in Northern and Central Malaysia. Within 27 years, the company has progressed to become one of the region’s preferred Class A Bumiputera construction company.

The company’s strength comprises a network of experienced engineering and building professionals aided by the company’s machineries’ resources and together with the financier’s credit facilities have placed the Alunan Asas Sdn Bhd. In a commanding position in the region’s construction and property industry.
